Macedon Ranges Montessori Pre-school is open
Monday to Thursday
during School Term.
Flexibility
We offer families the choice and flexibility of enrolling their children for 15 hours of Free Kinder over 2 days (8.30am-4pm) which can be chosen by families (based on availability). Children can also be enrolled for additional (paid) days, or any number of days if they are not enrolling in Free Kinder at Macedon Ranges Montessori.
Families may wish to start on just 2 days per week and then increase the child's days as and when they are ready for more time within the Montessori program. This allows children the opportunity to gradually build on the time they are within an educational program, as they prepare to transition to the 5 day-per-week model of Primary School.
Casual Attendance
We offer casual attendance options for families for the following benefits:

Provide families already enrolled at the preschool additional ad-hoc days at the preschool.

An additional option for families already attending a local Kindergarten in their community for and supplementing their child's education at MRMP for an additional 1-2 days per week. We enrol children in our program who have a funded enrolled place at another Kindergarten program with fees designed for both funded and unfunded students.
Casual days available upon request depending on vacancies.
Multi Aged Preschool Classrooms
Mixed age group (3-6 years) classroom are an integral part of Macedon Ranges Montessori Preschool. In this setup we believe all children have an opportunity to take on the role as peer, teacher, a mentor and a modeller which feeds back into that child’s feeling of self-esteem and sense of belonging.
